1. Services
We provide vehicle body repair services including dent removal, paint repairs, bumper repairs, resprays and related work.
All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided based on visible damage and information supplied

• Quotes are estimates and may change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process

• We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work

3. Work Approval
By agreeing to a quote and leaving your vehicle with us, you authorise us to carry out the agreed work.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults or defects not related to the agreed work

• Colour matching is carried out to a high standard, but exact matches may vary due to age, wear and original paint condition

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and damage

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before work begins

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Collection
Vehicles should be collected promptly once work is completed and the customer has been notified.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles not collected within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise

• We do not currently accept online payments

8. Cancellations
As work is scheduled and resources are allocated, customers should notify us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

9. Warranty / Workmanship
We aim to provide high-quality, long-lasting repairs. Any concerns with workmanship should be reported promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
